Taking initial steps to prepare both myself and my sponsor for the establishment of a new municipal Project Management Office (PMO). While my sponsor prepares a list of high-priority projects, I put together a Charter proposal for our first year activities; including 30-day, 180-day and first-year goals. In addition, I've prepared my own SharePoint Online infrastructure with a model of the new PMO which I can use to hit the ground running before I can begin work with the city's IT team to create and provision Q2PM infrastructure within the city's SharePoint tenant.
